- Standard delivery within Sri Lanka takes 3–4 business days.
- Custom jewellery orders may require additional time for production before dispatch.
- You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
Returns
At Sureka Jewellers, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Jewellery Guarantee & Repairs
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully crafted and inspected before delivery.
If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an assessment. Where applicable, we will provide a repair under our guarantee.
Please note that our guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
